Erik Hille joins CA Technologies as part of the acquisition of Oblicore in January 2010. With Oblicore, he was the company’s Marketing Director since July 2006. As an authority in the area of ITIL’s Service Level Management, Service Portfolio Management and Service Catalog Management processes, Erik has written various articles on these subjects and is a frequent presenter at keynote sessions, online webinars and conferences internationally.
Erik has over 15 years of management consulting, marketing research and software experience which lend him a unique approach to ITIL implementation and process issues. Prior to joining Oblicore, Erik worked at ATG, a software company that focuses on commerce and service solutions, where he was the Product Marketing Director for the Service Solution Suite.
Erik has also held a position with Roper Starch/ASW where he was the Director of Internet Research. There he developed the company's online research strategy and services for web-based quantitative and qualitative marketing research. He has also held Research Analyst positions at Benchmarking Partners, an ERP focused management consulting form, and Charles River Strategies, a marketing research company that focused solely on the high technology industry.
