Derek Dohn is a principal consultant within the Information Governance group at CA, responsible for nurturing and developing customer relationships in the areas of records management and eDiscovery. In this role, Derek provides insight and context for clients focused on eDiscovery and regulatory compliance, including developing processes to more strategically anticipate and plan for financial impact of litigation and regulatory issues. Prior to CA, Derek was the founder of Chameleon DATA, a leading document imaging service bureau that offered law firms, government and enterprise clients an entire range of litigation support services for discovery and document management. In addition to founding Chameleon DATA, Derek worked for firms such as: Microsoft; Bogle & Gates; Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld; the Washington State Court of Appeals; the U.S. Justice Department; Herzfeld & Rubin; and Dow Jones. Derek holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, two Masters degrees from Princeton Seminary, and a B.A. from the University of Washington Business School.
