David is senior principal marketing manager for CA. He is responsible for understanding the challenges that IT organizations face in managing the quality of services they deliver to end-users – and for communicating service assurance management strategies, best-practices and solutions. David began his career in high tech 30 years ago as an editor for BYTE, McGraw-Hill Publishing’s groundbreaking computer magazine. He has since held posts at tier-one and innovative start-up vendors in the transaction processing, desktop computing, enterprise networking, fixed and mobile telecommunications, data warehousing and IT management software industry segments. David earned a B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Franklin Pierce University.
