Subway? Tube? Or CA ITIL Process Map?

Have you checked out the CA ITIL Process Maps yet? In our work with customers, we found that many organizations struggle with the overall "navigation" of the framework when embarking on their ITIL journey. To help, the CA team came up with ITIL Process Maps, which work much like an underground transit map to help:

  • Quickly reference processes, individual activities and critical integration points
  • Spotlight activities that you can automate
  • Guide implementation efforts

My colleagues, Brian Johnson and Michael Natoli, explain the thinking behind the creation of the CA ITIL Process Maps:
