To ITIL® V3 and Beyond: Travels with Rob Stroud

Travel around the world with this IT best practices evangelist as he speaks on IT Service Management, IT Governance and ITIL trends

ITIL Adoption Confirmed at CA World

This week I've been at CA World, the CA user conference.  I've been running from discussion to discussion discussing IT Service Management and Governance.  After 15 meetings and 4 sessions, it's quite clear that customers are looking to cut costs and that ITIL is clearly a vehicle to do so...

Last year we talked about the release of V3. This year it's all been about automation and knowledge with the objectives of making staff more productive and the organization cost efficient. I believe that we will see more of the same for the next 12 months as we weather the economic climate.
